Gushing bottle opening translates into a fading off-white head that covers the murky amber hue. Rather sour, worrisome aroma whose suspicions get confirmed in mouth where a dull yeast sourness shouts its infected song and the uncleanliness dominates everything else, from the cherry hints to the leafy leanings. Poor bottling job I’m afraid.

courtesy of the Aellig’s family - pale golden colour under a solid foamy white head; estery nose with notes of solvent; sweet and medium-bodied; sticky palate and with a fizzy, estery and flowery finish

Bottle 33cl. A cloudy yellow beer with huge head. Smell is lemony and dusty. Aroma is fruity, body is low no real malt aroma. A strange beer, hints of artificial notes.

Bottle 330ml.
Comes gusher so recommend to open it in the sink. Unclear light to medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy - fizzy, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate yeasty, vomit, spicy. Flavor is moderate fruity sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100111]

Pours hazy yellow with decent head, a little bit explosive though - seems to be able to re-ferment in the bottle. Aroma of hops, yeast, some lemon scent. Nice flavour of malts, caramel, just a slight sweet syrup finish.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle, 5%. Gusher. Citric and fruity aroma. Cloudy dark yellow colour, sparkling. Very big head, rocky and stable. The flavour is citric and quite dry. Probably has a small infection which at least has not rendered the beer undrinkable. It also has a little fruitiness. High carbonation.

Bottle@Home. Gushing like Old Faithful, left me with less than 20% of the beer. Heavy citrus (lemon) aroma with plastic. Pale yellow, chunks floating around, light hazy, white large irregular head, fair lace. Sweet, citric, light bitter, lemon, bit candy-like. What a waste of money.
