Bottle@Home. Strong clove aroma, light salty, hints of banana and citrus, way too spicy for me. Hazy, yellow color, tiny off-white head, good lace. Sweet, light bitter, bit fruity, clove, nutmeg. Flat and too spiced.

Medium coarseish white head quickly disappears entirely. Hazy opaque paleish yellow body. Yeasty herbal aroma, very bland. Dry-sweetish fruity herbal taste with yeasty earthy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish herbal lemony aftertaste with spicy notes. Niceish, but too yeasty and bland. (0.33l bottle, CitySuper IFC, Hong Kong.)

Aroma of spices, especially coriander, and some citrus. Flavour has citrus and spices too. Stale and not very refreshing like a wit should be.

07.07.2011. 0,33l Bottle. From Biere Cultes Paris. Golden yellow colour with almost no head. Aroma is dominated by sour wheaty malt and some kind of spicyness. Little bitterness gives a short finish with almost no aftertaste.

Bottle 33cl. A cloudy yellow beer with good head. Smell is spicy and wheat like. Aroma is malty and wheat with cereals notes, not too astringent, drinkable but too lemony.

Smells of citrus, hops, and fake wheat flavour. This is a bit of a foam bomb, you can’t drink it out of the bottle and it pours with way too much head. Whitish yellow body. Has an okay wheat flavour, lemon, but some fake detergent tastes as well. Smooth palate. Okay, but rather artificial.

Dark yellow colored with hazy appearance. Medium sized white head. Aroma is dominated by ginger and other spices, nothing else too much here. Thin to medium bodied, watery palate. Flavor has same ginger in it, lemon also here. Carbonated palate, not easy to drink.

Dark golden color, almost no head. Very fruity, spicy aroma, there are definitely several things in here besides the usual ingredients. Sasafras or ginger or something. Big citrus in the nose. Cloves too. Taste is more beer like. Pretty decent hopping for a wit beer, seems to have a good amount of barley as well as wheat. The spices are big in the finish. They last a while with not much else there; a bit of hops. The spices are overdone. The beer itself is not very outstanding, though decent, but the flavoring is rather nasty.
