COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Le pauvre bucheron qui vient de faire les frais du "loup blond" ne peut malheureusement pas savoir que cette bière légère de 5% est le fruit d’une grande attention de la part de nos maîtres brasseurs. Son goût malté provient d’un travail rigoureux du malt en salle de brassage. Son velouté harmonieux quant à lui est dû à une levure spéciale et une maturation prolongée en cuve de fermentation.

Huge explosive yeasty head, lots of foam, yellow and slightly foggy body. Aroma is light hops and alcohol. Taste is heavy on the lemon and grassy hops, some malts, and alcohol. Dry finish. Palatable, drinkable, decent.

Bottle 33cl, a slightly cloudy golden beer with good head and retention. Nose is grassy and slightly vegetable like, pilsner nose. Aroma is fruity, sweet and very hopy on the peppery and grassy side. Finish is bitter with grape notes.

0.33 l bottle, thanks ompher! Hazy yellow color, fizzy appearance. Clove, pepper, orange and coriander in the aroma. Dry herbal, peppery, clovey and yeasty flavor with coriander and orange.

Bottle from Cave à Bulles, Paris. Pale olden colour with a small white head and quite a bit of sediment. Citric aroma. Citrus, grainy and coriander flavours, quite spiced, drier towards the finish. Drinkable.
