On tap at brewpub. An almost clear, barely veiled reddish amber ale with a nice white head. Smell is fresh veggies and ripe pumpkin. Taste is pumpkin. Spicy, veggies, somewhat spicy. Touch of vanilla, too. Finish is well hopped, very spicy, although bartender told me there were no spices used in it. Some overly ripe fruit in there, too. Average body, somewhat fleshy mouthfeel. Carbonation was weak, but bartender had warned me about them having some nitrogen pump problems on that day...supposed to be much more carbonated. Very solid pumpkin ale (wouldn’t call it an IPA, though...).
