COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Stout Moka. English: L’Exploité recalls a time when dark and sweet beers were the staple beers of the London Harbour porters who worked very hard unloading bags of mocha coffee and cocoa beans. L’Exploité is brewed with these ingredients and presents complex torrefied notes with subtle hints of vanilla. We find tastes of alchoolized coffee, chocolate and roasted malts balanced with the bitterness and the residual sugars. (Contains lactose.)

Bottle. Head is slow to rise but tops out over an inch of rich cream on black beer. Dusty chocolate and coffee aroma; and vanilla if you look. Definate alcohol presence. Thick body with sugary notes. Sharp coffee bitterness and chocolate. Heavy malt. A bit like a cold Turkish Mocha Coffee.

Bouteille 341ml.

It’s a black roasted beer. It smells roasted barley and a bit of roasted coffee. It tastes roasted barley and coffee with a good roasted roundness and sweetness. Once you get over the roasted kick-in-the-balls at first taste, this moka stout is roastedlicious. I truly like it.
