COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Randall version at le Saint-Bock (Montreal). Pours dark amber with medium foamy head. Aroma features strong notes of manguo, hops, tea, red fruits, and raspberries. Really good mix of aromas! Taste is fruity, with notes of tea. A bit too sweet. Mouthfeel is strange, like drinking a citrus juice. Overall it is still an interesting beer.

Bouteille de 341ml. Belle couleur dorée avec des notes orangées. Effluves citronnées et résineuses. Col absent.

Aroma, lightly malty, moderately hoppy with a light pine/grapefruit. Appearance, Good sized creamy, white head, fully lasting with excellent lacing.Slightly hazy and moderately yellow in appearance. Very enticing! Moderately bitter taste and finish, fairly short in duration. Light to medium body with a dry texture but quite fizzy. Surprising moderate alcohol taste for 6%. I really liked the 120 Minutes brother to this one but cannot find a four pack or individual bottle, so will definitely buy the mixed 60,90,120,150 four pack again. Also, I can’t figure out the bottle date. A-D ,1 - 16. My bottle being D13. Is this the fourth quarter or fourth month of 2013? If so, it was pretty old.

341ml bottle. Hazy golden with a foamy white head. Flavors are bready malts, honey, peach, grapefruit, tropical fruits and grass with spicy and floral notes. Medium body, moderate carbonation, oily texture.

This seems to be the best in the Interdite series. Pour is slightly hazy gold with barely a finger of creamy white cap with minimal retention and lacing. Grapefruit and pine on the nose, a bit of tropical fruit, some spiciness - all this from the hops, no less. Taste is sweet, grainy malt with some earthiness in the background. Finish is moderately dry and spicy/peppery, with pine and a bit of lingering citrus. Not a huge malt profile, but I think that’s kind of the point. Exactly as advertised!

Cloudy medium gold with a large white head that lingers. String citrus nose with pine and light caramel. Medium bitter grapefruit with some grass and a light honey backing. Mouth is medium slick with a average carbonation and a lingering dry bitter finish. Decent if a bit subdued.

Pale golden pour with a thick white head. The nose is softly spicy and fruity with a nice tropical mango and clementine aroma along with some earthy spiciness and a bit of fruit. Lean bodied. Really delicious.

341ml bottle. Pours a cloudy orange/yellow with a white, one finger head. Mild bubbles rising. Aroma is smooth pine, resin, orange citrus, and a touch of floral. Really nice. Taste is balanced. A bit earthy and herbal. A bit more traditional English IPA in taste. Not bad. Medium body and carbonation. Smooth and clean in the mouth. Overall not bad. More traditional in hop taste but still drinkable. Would drink again.
