(Une bouteille offerte par rodenbach99. Merci!)

Eructoblaster (2122) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 4, 2011
Bottle - 341ml. Nice brown body with ruby glints and a thin off-white creamy head. Decent malty/hoppy aroma with some cocoa and vanilla hints. Taste is well balanced but lacks complexity and strength. Ends with a short bittersweet finish. Not bad.

bedainedebiere (493) - Terrebonne, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 13, 2011
Bottle. Hazy brown-orange color. The white head vanishes entirely. Sweet and fruity aroma that I don’t like much. The taste is bready, caramelish, slightly fruity, with an acrid touch that is not so pleasant to me, but there are some complex distant notes that makes it interesting. A light grassy hoppiness, that seemed almost absent in the first sips, slowly took its place to bring this beer over the “decent” mark. Just-above-average amber ale that has similarities with Vienna and Altbier types.

Good clean beer. Nothing spectacular but solid. Pours reddish brown with a thin white cap. Aroma is roasted malt and some smoke. Taste is a little malt, a little smoke, some roast and a little hop.

Lubiere (6988) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 21, 2011
A reddish amber ale with a thick moka head. In aroma, strange malt and boiled veggies, and cinnamon notes. In mouth, a more nutty version of the blonde, herbaceous, like a Vienna. Bottle from Peluso, tasted March 13 2011.

Bottle: Poured a clear amber color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of light caramelized malt with nice cereal notes. Taste is a refreshing mix of cereal with a nice touch of caramel malt with light dry notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice session ale with light complex notes.

Hazy amber with a medium tan head with average retention. Aroma is brown sugar, toasted malt, earthy notes, herbal hops and some caramel. Flavor is brown sugar, sugar, caramel, earthy notes, some herbal hops and toasted cereals. Not very complex but an OK easy drinkin beer.

Bouteille 341 ml. 4.9%. Couleur rousse-ambrée, mousse blanche. Arômes de céréales et un peu de caramel. Notes de malt grillée etcaramel. Très bonne bière de soif.
