500ml bottle. Vibrant copper with a slightly off white head that maintains a foamy layer throughout. Light dry yeast, grass, ginger, lemon zest, pepper, early grey, moderate+ carbonation, mild body, somewhat sweet at first with more citrus and a bit of marmalade on the palate, becomes dry with spice on the finish.

Pours hazy golden orange with a bit of fizzy head that’s gone in a flash. Nose, at first, is dominated by a pungent, lemony scent, presumably the myrica gale. Once that subsides I get orange, fresh grass, some dough and spice. Taste is a fresh bread, a bit of sweet caramel, citrus, steeped herbs and spice. Finish is delicately dry (ugh, that’s a terrible word - my apologies). This strikes me as sort of a saison/Belgian white mashup. Very drinkable, and the alcohol is well-hidden.

Pours a medium to deep golden color with twi fingers of white foam. Nose is a pleasant mix of herbal rustic grain, lemon peel, spicy yeast, pepper. The palate follows with nice bright citrus thats balanced out big herbaceous, floral grass, earthy yeast with hints of black peppercorns, doughy malts and even a traces of cured meat smokiness but remains refreshing.

Cheers!

Hazy golden color, chalky white. Spicy ginger nose. Very dry, but the mouth falls a bit flat with ginger and lemon. Moderately hoppy finish. Decent.

(Rating #5331)

Pours a hazy golden with a thin white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma is spicy and fresh, wild mint and tea is what I felt. Taste is quite dry and also carries really fresh herbal tea flavors. Body is medium, carbonation (a bit too) high. I enjoyed this one!
