(Rating #3735)

Lubiere (6988) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 26, 2011
A lightly hazed dark amber with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, a superb epsom salt, lactic, horseblanket, light phenolics, but very nice. In mouth, a smooth yet acidic sour ale with lemon, epsom salt, sour cherries, white wine notes, quite beautiful sour ale from Quebec, challenging adn surprising.
