La Belle Gueule Houblon est une lager filtrée houblonnée à cru. Au nez, vous serez plongés dans un bouquet floral complexe dû au mélange de cinq houblons américains et nobles. En bouche, quelle belle amertume! The Belle Gueule Houblon is a flitered dry-hopped lager. The nos will hit you with its intriguing floral blend of five American and Noble hops. And the mouthfeel, such lovely bitterness!

[Can (473ml) shared with HogTownHarry, jercraigs & mabel -- c/o j&m] Pours a hazy golden-orange with a large lasting fluffy off-white head. Aroma of yeast, caramel malt, some fruit and leafy hops. Fruity flavour along with caramel malt and some light leafy hops. Average bodied. Just good.

2015-06-12. Crisp dark yellow body with a small frothy off white head. Aroma is interesting yet odd, muddled fruity leafy hops. Flavour has some pleasant fruity citrusy hop touches, green hop notes. A touch muddled throughout, it’s not bad but every second sip seems harsh somehow. Average bodied palate, moderate carbonation. 3+ Can from IGA, Montreal.

Can. Pours medium amber/deep gold colored with tenacious white head. Aroma is actually hoppy, thats nice, definitely some old school IPA aromas, caramelly malt notes, pine, leafy hops, black tea and bergamot. Taste is slightly sweet, lots of hops but really retro style, think boiled cascade, old school IPA. Palate was maybe the letdown here, rather heavy, slightly sweet and sits heavy on the palate, the carbonation is there, but doesn’t seem to make this a real quencher. Decent.

Clear copper pour, medium white head. Aroma is spicy, and piney, with some nice grains. A tad too sweet, but pleasant. The body is good, and the carb is fine. The finish is lightly bitter, with some really nice pine resin... Surprisingly good.

Clean amber color, with a fluffy bubbly white head, with a mild floral citrus, leafy, grassy, soapy hoppy nose, with some light spicy earthy toasted, caramel, pale malt, faint lemon, grapefruit peel accents, and a subtle mint leaf, lemon pie crust, herbal cliver leaf, herbal tea leaf note in the aroma, follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a soft toasted, caramel, pale malt, good flowery peppery citrus, leafy, grassy, resiny hoppy character, with some zesty lemon, grapefruit peel, faint candyish lemon lollipop, honeyed candied lemon, lime rind, herbal tea leaf, lemon pie flavours, leading towards a light zesty, spritzy lemon, lime rind, lingering earthy citrus, leafy, grassy hop bitterness finish.

This one poured a medium/dark amber colour with an off white, foamy head. Scents include grass/citrus hops, light caramel and dough. First swig was quite bitter with hop flavour and an almost hand sanitizer finish. Citrus and light malt. Lime citrus palate that's quite bitter.

UPDATED: NOV 23, 2014 Belle couleur orangée avec arome d’houblon. Mousse blanche brune qui se dissipe lentement. Parfum d’une Ipa mais amertume légère. Très impressionnante pour une bière commerciale.
