COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly known as Projet Américain.

Bottle 341 ml. Bought at Peluso (Montreal). Pours clear golden with tiny white head. Aroma: earth hops, pineapple, malt. Taste is malty with strong bitter finish. Balance is so-so. Thin beer. I expected more from this beer, since I have read so much great reviews on this brewer.

Tap at saint bock. Golden with small head. Tastes like a gluten free beer. Just a bit off with a strange aftertaste.

Correct.

Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours gold with a slight fizzy white head. Nice citrus aroma, mayhap including grapefruit. Med body or nearly. Flavor starts nicely citrus hop, and then sort of loses with no hop support. Or not nearly enough. Getting some sort of hot burn in the finish. Each quaff starts nicely, and then it doesn’t go well. Gluten free seems to work best when the gluten is removed from real beer. Widmer does some contract beers like that. http://www.ratebeer.com/brewers/omission-

Amertume assez franche. Goût discret de céréales. Un peu aqueuse et sec au final.

Can at CiderWISE, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Nose is weird, with some strange grain notes. Flavour is bone dry, with grains, light hops, and a bone dry finish. Quite nicely balanced and constructed. Good stuff for a gluten free beer.

Can - Pale maltsNd light hops. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light grains, bitterness and aromatic flowery hops. Finish is a bit grainy and flowery.

Can: Poured a clear bright golden color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of light hoppy notes with light grainy malt notes. Taste is also dominated by light hoppy notes with some grainy malt notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad but fell a bit short on the hops flavours in my opinion.

Can. Pours copper with thin white head. Nose has citrus peel and caramel. Body is thinish with good soft carbonation. Flavor has many notes of a moderately good pale ale - caramel notes, fruity esters and a spicey hop profile - there is just a trace of an off flavor near the finish, has an almost plasticy burned toast character - but finishes with a very nice burst of hops and light bitterness. Nails the style and has good hops - short on finesse, but that’s what you get without barley apparently.
