COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly known as Projet Américain.

Bottle 341 ml. Bought at Peluso (Montreal). Pours clear golden with tiny white head. Aroma: earth hops, pineapple, malt. Taste is malty with strong bitter finish. Balance is so-so. Thin beer. I expected more from this beer, since I have read so much great reviews on this brewer.

Pours a clear golden-copper color with a small white head. Lots of carbonation. Aroma is citrus hops and some pineapple. Grapefruit taste with a bit of lingering hops. Not too bad.

October 27, 2012 - 8th Annual Volo Cask Days. Very cloudy orange-yellow with a minimal white foamy head. Smells good - very juicy (blood orange, pineapple) with solid floral bitterness (7+). Taste follows - more bitterness, less fruit, some increased alcohol presence. Average chewy body, decently carbonated, fairly long floral finish, a little dry and acidic in the linger - solid beer, so gluten-free CAN be done without tasting like utter shit.

341ml bottle pours a golden orange color with a quick dissipating 2 finger white head that leaves no lacing behind. Aroma is mostly citrus and some light grains. Taste is sweet with a balance of citrusy hops and not much else. Light bodied with weak carbonation. As far as gluten free goes, this is not a bad offering.

Bottle 341ml. Pours clear brownish like maple candy. Fair creamy head, some lacing. Aroma ifs of citrus (grapefruits). Very bitter. Overall: No balance, too thin. Aroma is good. I’m not impressed.

341ml brown bottle. Golden, small foamy white head. Nose has orange and grapefruit hops. Grainy taste, some sweet notes. Decent grapefuity finish, mild fruity notes. Light body, well carbonated. Drinkable, one of the few gluten free beers I’ve really enjoyed, not too sweet or cidery or odd tasting.

Bottle. Been looking forward to trying this one for a while. Faint head on tea colored liquid. It smells like beer!! Smells like a pale ale with hops and some malt. Tastes like a low alcohol, moderate malt, nicely hopped beer. A bit artificial in the finish but should be stocked in every gluten intollerant’s fridge!
