Draft at brewery. Hazy unfiltered look with scattered lace. This really makes an impression on me. The outstanding feature is the freshness of the malt, which is reminiscent of German and even Franconian level brightness and peak of freshness. Like an ur-beer. Totally delicious, understated subtlety, and showcasing the talents of this brewhouse. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz mug on tap at the brewery pours a slightly hazy golden orange color with a small white that leaves some decent lacing. Aroma is light caramel with some citrusy notes. Taste is a light citrus hop bitterness with a mild caramel malty sweetness. Basic pale ale which is refreshing. Light bodied with nice carbonation.

Draught @ Brewpub

Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of caramel, earthy notes, spices and malts. Taste is sweet, malty and caramely with some earthiness and bitter hops. Finish is malty, nutty and earthy hoppy. Quite English pale ale.

On tap at brewery. Slightly hazy singed orange. Dusty caramel aroma. Really nothing special here. Very gentle hops.

Underwhelming pale ale. Beer aroma, rather than hops. Cloudy fruity orange colour and lace. A tad of fruit.

A fairly straightforward and plain pale ale by Brasaneck. Light nose and flavour. A tad soapy and acidic. Not my favorite.

Ambré claire avec une petite mousse blanche. L’arôme du malt léger avec un peu d’houblon. Très fraîche. Le goût est comme l’arôme, est très bien équilibré.

Funny beer. I’ve tasted it three times. It was very fresh and fruity the second time, with abundant hop. I ordered another. But the 1st time and the 3rd time I didn’t get that assertive hop character (and the first one had diacetyl), and my scores reflected the fact that it was a much duller beer. So my scores are kind of in the middle until I can get a better read on this beer.

6oz

Cloudy light amber color with creamy head. The aroma is mild; there is some malt, paper and hops, but too timid; possibly there is a very light lemony touch. It has quite pronounced carbonation with impact on the mouthfeel; the malt flavor is somehow papery and dusty too, more evident in the final; strong bitterness with a little amount of hop resins and very light citrus touch. Some yeast astringency in the final.
Decent Pale Ale, although would be better if cleaner.

2013-12-30, draught at the brewery, 5-3-5-2-10=25
Cloudy amber color, dull, with small head. It’s one of those many Ales and Bitters, mainly brewed in North America, with a strong yeast and vegetables character; it’s dry, and the bitterness rather strong.
Plain uninteresting.

Draft - Toasted malts and grains. Cloudy copper with a thin white head. Up front dry bitterness finishing with some toasted malts. Very sessionable, but not a distinct flavour. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
