Brassbat. Very citrus nose, alcaline. Good fruity lemon body with a dry crisp apple cider bite. Very tasty.

Draught at the brewery
Muddy blond color with creamy head. Light spicy aroma, manure. Smooth, not too dry, with decent spicy profile, light fruitiness, but also quite yeasty, with some final astringency. The bitterness is stronger than in the average Saison.
Good but unrefined.

Hazy golden with a short white fizzy head. Aroma is pretty standard saison yeast, but with some fruity hops and a very mild funk. Tast is quite hoppy, but it works well with the hops. Interesting beer, but leaves a bit to be desired.

Couleur dorée avec une petite mousse blanche. L’arôme des malts avec un peu d’épices. Le goût est du malt, un peu de fruits léger (mais très peu).

500mL growler, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma of light funk, some fruity notes and a little yeast. Flavour is very refreshing, with loads of fresh juicy hops, dry wheat and some light funk. Super refreshing and juicy, while still remaining dry. Great stuff.
