4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
RBESG 2012 - day 2. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Fresh and clean malty aroma of bread and biscuit, with lots of herbal hops character, and a faint hint of DMS. Lovely juicy malt flavour with a good amount of hop character, and a good bitterness. Long finish of both malt character and bitterness

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
20/07 On tap at the brewpub. It poured hazy golden body with medium sized head. A bit sourish herbal hop, grain and soap aroma. Flavor was better, showed a bit of bread malt but mostly was bitter herbal, with a bit of chalk. Medium bodied with long bitter herbal and cardboard finish. Nice hop profile in this decent pils, but generally it was nothing extraordinary.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Hazy brownish golden, creamy white head. Classic hoppy smell, medium body. Very drinkable light carbonation body. Bitter taste, easy to drink and great amount of flavor. Wow, a real surprise and awesome taste. If only all lagers were like this.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Nice misty golden body, white head. Pungent spicy hoppy nose, some rosemary, very light grain and maltiness, a tad fishy. The taste is bitter, grainy and sulphury on a creamy background. The hopiness is a bit crude, which is a shame, but you can do far worse.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
draft at the brewery in Bratislava. served frigid cold. hazy gold. soft texture with fine and soft carbonation. diacetyl is ridiculously strong, giving it a metallic, buttery, acidic lemon citrus flavor and smell. horrible shape. two sips is all I could take.
