COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ring Neck Braun Ale is the initial offering in the Brau Single Batch Series of beers. A perfect autumn ale, this big double nut brown ale is dry and fruity, yet surprisingly drinkable. Nutty flavor is derived from both biscuit malt and toasted oats. A hint of raspberry and classic British hops round out this mild and complex brown ale.

Medium red brown with a thin off white head. Raspberry, soft chocolate, malts, and graham crackers. Taste is moderately sweet, but fades to a dry flavor. Body is a little heavier, but the sharp carbonation offsets this. Really tasty, almost like dessert.

Bottled. A dark red beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and caramel. Teh flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and caramel, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
