Light in color, big in flavor. White Cap is a thoughtful blend of wheat, pale malt, coriander, and orange peel. Fermented cold, a traditional Belgian yeast provides classic notes of banana and bubblegum, with muted clove essence.

Copper color with a lottle haze and a head that is gone in a minute or so. Very disappointing, rather tflavorless beer. Wheat is noticeable, a very light sweetness, and thst is aboit all there is. None of the character of a wit really, low flavor, not much aroma. Nothing here to enjoy. I am not getting the banana or clove.

Approximately 2 oz. pour at the 2015 Harvest Beer Festival, consumed on 10-17-15. Pours pale gold with beige head. Fresh aroma features a golden raisin scent. Tart, apple, wheaten flavor. Simple in taste. Overall, not bad, but not particularly good either.

Poured from bottle into a small tumbler; big frothy head that goes down fairly quick and a beautiful golden hue; you can smell the coriander as itís being poured! A hint of orange peel and wheat to compliment; lots of orange to start, develops to orange peel, with a very wheaty and lightly hoppy finish; body is a touch thin with good carbonation. I could do with more body but overall a nice offering!

Bottle. Pours a clear amber gold with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has a good amount of wheat with a bit of Belgian yeast and a hint of flora. Flavor has lots of earthy wheat supported by Belgian yeast and some light fruits.

Pours golden with a white head, which dissipates quickly. Can smell the orange peel an coriander on the nose. Light mouthfeel with the spices still somewhat present. Not much happening on the swallow, needs something there. Overall, was fairly pleasant, a passable beer during the summer.

Bottle given to me...had to try...This is a beer or maybe it is the style of beer that i just do not care for....my rating could be low but it is a preference thing.

Bottle. Pours a clear orange with a nice white head. Nice lacing. Nose is banana and bread with some clove and a little bubblegum. Taste is spice and orange zest some banana and yeast. Palate is thin and fizzy yet has slick dry finish.

Aroma is citrus, spices and mildly off-putting fruit/sorghum. The flavor is citrus, spices, wheat, sorghum/fruit and a tangy finish. Not bad as a whole but a little off.

Pours a pale golden with a big fluffy white head and some lacing on the glass.

The aroma is weird in a way I canít exactly put my finger on, itís fruity for sure with some light spiciness, a mild sweet characterÖ but itís soapy odd and generally unappealing.

The flavor is similarly odd in a way I donít have a lot of deScriptors forÖ Itís certainly got a soapy bitterness, but itís got some nice softer wheat-y bread flavors that are nice, the spices arenít horribly overbearing and the orange comes across more as a bitter orange peel, which I kind of like. Mildly sweet, kind of weird.
Itís not all together bad beer, but itís decidedly sort of muddled, and essentially the flavors could work a little more harmoniously togetherÖ in my opinion.
