(bottle) Hazy, dark brown colour with a firm medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Delicately toasted malty aroma with nutty and leafy notes, accompanied by berry-fruits and a mildly phenolic touch. Moderately sweet flavour, rather light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Toast-malty and mildly berry-fruity taste with present wheaty notes; slim and mildly toasted finish with restrained fruity notes. Not overly expressive. 15.XI.11

Bottled: Mainly roasted malt aroma, citrus fruits and some chocolate. Munky reddish brown color, low head. Flavor is refreshing wheaty, yeasty with citrus notes and oak vat. Good one.

Berries, nutty roasted grain and orange aroma. Murky red brown, low creamy head. Pretty lightbodied, flavors hard to find - some nuts, fruits and a bit burned wood. Chalky mouthfeel. Refreshing and different, but not really harmonic dunkelweizen.
