Bottle( kindly delivered by joss!): A bit unclear, distinctive noble hoppy nose with some grains and wort in the second row; golden coloured, stable white head with a little lace; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied and smooth; increasing dry aromatic hoppiness in the soft bitter-sweet finish. Superb and delicious..........

(bottle) Slightly unclear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized and slowly lacing foamy white head. Moderately sweet malty aroma with notes of wort and slightly citric aroma hops. Mildly sweet and bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth and well-matured carbonation. Pale malt-character with chalky and mineralic notes, leading into a very dry, slightly chalky and hop bitter finish. Quaffable Pilsener. 16.VI.10

Hayish malty, grassy and flowery aroma. Golden, low carbonation and a low but lacing head. Solid hayish malt body, plenty of aromatic hops to balance it and a grassy dry finish - very good. Full prickling mouthfeel and a hayish and subtle flowery aftertaste. Very good pils!
