Bottle, at the brewpub, November 2006. Hazy gold, good fluffy lasting white head and moderate condition. Low banana and clove in the nose, gentle banana and tangy fruit in the mouth with some background grainy chalkiness, muted sweet yeasty finish with a slight spicy fruitiness and a tingle of low bitterness.

Bottle. Light golden, hazy, small to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty – lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish aroma, light sour with some fruitiness and faint banana. Body is light, malty – lightly wheaty/grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, light fruitiness and faint banana. Finish is short to average malty – lightly wheaty/grainy and lightly sweetish with some sourness, faint banana. Light-bodied hefeweizen with weird sourness.

#1230 Hellgellb, leicht trüb, sämiger, feinporiger Schaum; ein fieses Aroma, leicht hefig und nach Käse, kein Witz! Der Geschmack ist säuerlich, leicht brotig und geht geradezu blechern in den Abgang, bad stuff!

Cloudy yellow golden colour with average size creamy white head. Quite harsh sourish fruity and citrusy aroma with yeast and wheat. Flavour is straight forward tart citrusy fruity with grain, yeast and wheat. Not exactly the Top 10 material. Quite fizzy.

(bottle) pours a murky golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of citrus fruits and floral hops, slightly sourish, with light notes of wheat and earth. flavour is mostly lactic acid and barnyard, with a hint of wheat and grass. light to medium-bodied with average carbonation. definitely off.

Hazy yellow body, white head. Aroma is fruity, with some sour tartness and smoke. Flavour has orange tartness, some maltiness and banana. Flat and thin for a weisse.

Der hefige Antrunk wird von ruppiger Herbe unterbrochen, im Anschluss wird das Nier wässriger. Mild herb, die Hefe erscheint unwichtig. Sehrwässrig, langweilig. Mäßig! 10/8/7/7//7

Bottled. A light golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of wheat and lemon. The flavor is sweet wheaty with notes of lemon, leading to a dry wheaty and bitter finish.

It’s unclear light-golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of yeast (initially ver clove dominated, but as it gets warmer it almost disappears, and the same goes for the flavour), banana, fruit and wheat. The sweet flavour has notes of yeast, banana, fruits like peach, and the finish is slightly spicy. It’s soft and nice.

Bottle. Sweet banana, orange, sour milk malt and clove aroma. Cloudy pale yellow color with large fluffy head and strong effervescence. Sweet-tart banana, orange, clove, wheat malt flavor. Nice body. Very good.
