Draft @ brewpub. Is a bright yellow and with a thick white head that lasts. Frisky brisk, light and citrusy aroma. Quite aromatic and bright. Medium body. Nice orange zest flavors. Very fruity, refreshing, clean, and juicy.

Hazy - murky medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, banana, bubble gum. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, fruity, banana, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110423]

Säuerlicher Bananen-Hefeantrunk, wenig würzig werdend. Süffig, die Säuerlichkeit verschwindet. Würziger, malziger und vollmundiger Abgang. OK. 6/7/7/7/?/7

Bottle. Pale blonde, cloudy. Lemon in the wheaty aroma and flavor. Thinnish. Extremely thirst quenching. Strong notes of banana in the aftertaste. Good summer weizen.

It’s unclear, light golden with a huge, white and creamy head. The aroma has equal parts of clove, banana and other fruity esters. The flavour is sweet with notes of clove/yeast, banana and some other fruits. It’s incredibly soft, and IMO perfectly balanced.

Light straw and cloudy. Big clean banana and malt aroma. Fresh-tasting with a warming marshmallow character. Well-balanced, accented towards sweetness.

Bottle, 5.2% bought at the brewpub. Good spicy aroma, turns a bit rough. Cloudy yellow colour, unstable white head. The flavour starts off with some spice, quite nice. Turns citric, a little sour. Rough finish. Not past BB date, but probably better fresh.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy golden, small head. Phenolic aroma. Medium sweet with lots of cloves. Soft and spritzy with good amount of esters. Reall well made weizen!

(bottle) Cloudy, orange colour with a big and persistent blond foamy head. Sweet banana-fruity aroma with a slightly sourish wheat-character and light clovy notes in the background. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Moderately wheaty taste with banana and rather harsh and bitter spicy notes towards the finish. Unconvincing Hefeweizen (04.02.08).
