Schraubverschlußflasche. Pale golden, smaller, rather quickly diminishing white head. Moderate clean sweetish-grainy nose, sweet-bitter flavour, quite soft MF, light to medium bodied. Sweet-grainy finish with a light touch of a lemony bitterness. Pleasant, decent Helles.......

(screw cap bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and blonde foamy white head. Slightly sweet, sour-doughy malty nose with a tinge of citrus and soap. Light-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate, slightly crispy carbonation. Sour-doughy malty taste, very unspectacular and pretty one-dimensional; quick finish with a soft malty sweetness. A cheap and easy drink Brauerei Sauer in Cham-Thierlstein closed in 1988 (18.07.08).
