Golden with a nice and lasting head. The aroma has notes of fresh baked wheat bread, but sadly also alcohol. The flavour has sweetness and notes of malt, straw, a little wheat bread, alcohol and a refreshing, slightly spicy bitter finish. I like the balance, but not the alcohol note.

Sweet flavour of malts, caramel and rye bread with notes of hops and alcohol.

Jun 14, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a lacing white head. Light spiced bitterhops aroma. Flavour is medium sweet, fullbodied and with a nice malt base that lends into a solid alcohol smooth bock brew. Ends mild warming and light spiced.

Mar 19, 2008 Bottled. Pours out in a clear golden colour with a rich white and lasting foam. Fresh baked white bread, herbs, nuts, cookies and wet grass. Medium-bodied with notes of white bread, nuts and fresh grassy hops. Long full malty finish of grassy and herbal mild hops with a solid malty backbone of bread and cookies. Nice and handsome.
