Jun 25, 2006 (bottle, from the brewery) Clear golden colour with a big foamy and slowly lacing white head. Slightly dusty and sweet malty aroma with dense notes of peppery spice and herbal hops. Sweet flavour, medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Soft malty taste, well-bound aromatic hops; medium-dry and lasting finish with a moderate bitterness. This one hasn´t an overpowering distinctive taste, but it is very elegant and balanced: a silent hero.

Jun 5, 2006 On tap (in the brewry garden): Deep golden coloured, lacing off-white fluffy head, quite stable; sweet malty, but also distictive hoppy aroma; starting sweetish, later distinctive bitter taste, medium to full bodied;drier than the Märzen. Well done, well rounded.........

Jun 2, 2004 Peach and butter aroma. Buttery flavor, full bodied. Malt aroma with a soft bitterness, especially in the aftertaste. Just a hint of banana. I don’t like the aroma, but it still is a fairly well made and tasty beer.
