Bottled: Grainy, hoppy aroma. Yellow color, huge foamy head. Flavor is grainy, spicy and pleasant herbal hoppy. Dry bitter finish. Tasty, spicy pils.

draft at the source. apple juice appearance, apple juice nose, apple juice flavor. medium diacetyl in the nose, it’s buttery with dirty pepper / gravel phenols. bitter on the back with fizzy carbonation and buttered corn and moderate acidity. definitely not in good shape. dry and crunchy cracker malt is the one redeeming quality but it otherwise comes across as rough and leaves a minerallic coating on the tongue. and it tastes like stale apple juice.

Bottle at yespr. Clear yellow coloured with a medium sized white head. Malty aroma of grass, urine and hops. Malty flavour of hay and hops. Dry hoppy finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and light cornish. Bitter, grassy and light cornish, light malty. Mild citrusy and grassy finish.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and some minerals, leading to a quite bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear yellow with a white head leaving a discreet lacework. Grassy hops in the nose. Medium body, a dry hoppiness with a little cardboard. Dry, hoppy finish. 290911

clear yellow, smooh white head. malty aroma, flowery, yeasty.dough. flavor is yeast, dough, flowers, malts, german hops. a bit too much yeast and dough, makes it appear sort of cake-sweet.

Very fresh bottle, best before Sept 8, 2011. Awesome looking lighter yellow, pale and luminescent with a great head. Vibrant snappy aroma of fields, hay and flowers (pencil shavings, herbiness!). Maltier in the flavor profile than I presumed it would be based on the aroma; slight to moderate bitterness but with a pronounced baked white bread and sugar flavor, moderately sweet. Overall a very good pils, underrated. I like this brewery quite a bit.

Blond color; compact head. Mild but pleasant aroma of malt and hops. The mouthfeel is very smooth; the malt is a bit sweet, the bitterness is well balanced. There is a light grass and hay impression. Very pleasant.
