Draught at the brauhaus
Amber color with chestnut shades; creamy head. The aroma has some light perfumy vanilla. Caramel flavor, little residual sweetness (just enough to smoother the body); quite strong bitterness. Easy.

50cl from tap @ Moe’s sportsbar, Bamberg. Copper, cola-ish colour with a small off-white head. Smells malty, some liquorice.. Not a lot of smell. Tastes mostly iron, some malts and a hint of liquorice in the aftertase. Again: easy to drink, thin to medium body, nice carbo.

Alles im Rahmen also.

Bottle 50cl. @ home.
[ Trade by Maria ]. Clear light to medium brown color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, very roasted, cellar, brown sugar notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Bitterness is like metalic. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is metalic. Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!

Bottle. Dark amber, small to average and fully head. Moderate, malty and sweetish aroma, some caramel and dark bread. Body is medium, malty and sweetish flavor, some caramel and dark bread, faint roastiness. Finish is average, malty and lightly sweetish, some caramel. Caramel sweetish dunkel – nothing special.
