Clear, golden color. Aromas of biscuits, hay, wood. Mild carbonation, easy to drink but not watery. When living in Bamberg this was my favorite Helles.

Look; light off white good head and clear pale dust golden body. Aroma; lots of well worthy malts, herbs, wort, grass. Taste; grass, hops, lemon, bread, caramel malts, loads of wort - leading to a malty bready soft fine finish still with some hops. Normal texture and carbonation. Overall this is a good pale one, pilsner-like, goes well along with dinners, sausages aso. [50cl brown bottle 4.8%abv BB18-09-2015 Greetings to Bierothek in Bamberg DE, T@Ferie2015]
