COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

My first Kötsch. Pours clear golden with small white head and with nice lacing. Aroma is malty. Taste is malty and hoppy. Not my favourite style, but this for sure has quality.

330 ml bottle picked up in Karlsruhe, Germany. Pours an almost clear gold with a full white head. Has an almost IPA or American Ale aroma. Taste is very spicy for a Kölsch and too livley but a very nice beer. Palate is not offensive. Too me this is not a Kölsch by modern terms.

Bottle. Pours clear pale straw with negligible white head. Clear, yeasty and hoppy aroma with fresh paperlike and vinous notes. Dry onset, light hoppy flavour, bitter finish. A very nice kölsch.

MiP (12146) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - APR 13, 2013
Bottle, 5.5%. The aroma starts off dusty, turning a little perfumy and then to a sort of wild hop aroma. Clear yellow colour. Good stable chalk white head. The flavour is malty and slightly sweet with a spicy hop note, later a little fruitiness. The mouthfeel seems a little thin, but it is not a real problem. Gut.

Nice beer but not really a special one. Good hoppy taste, but nearly no body. But i think that is how this rheinisch bitter has to taste it. Defoinetly a nice and easy beer for everyone who likes hoppy taste.

This is areally good beer. The dryhopping with Germam aroma hops (Saphir) is unheard of. Sadly they market this as a noble beer. 3,50€ in supermarket 1 hour from where it was brewed is way too much. This way German will not be convinced of new innovative beer styles and stick to their old habbits and who can blame them whenyou can find a half liter of Andechser Doppelbock right next to it for just 1,05€.

Bottled at "GolosItalia 2013" - Brescia.
Golden clear color, little fraught aspect, nice head of medium resistance with a beauty perlage. Spiced nose, malt, hop, white fruit and little citrus nose. Pleasant and equilibrate bitter content, good lively and crisp body, white winous final.

Bottle shared with McTapps. Nice in the nose with some slight hops. Taste is dry and bit sweetish.
