COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

(bottle, 35.5cl, 5.5% abv) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Citric and flowery hoppy aroma with mildly spicy herbal accents and a delicately buttery malty touch. Slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, crispy on the tongue. Initially pale malty with a dusty touch and a rising hops character from the middle part, including citric, floral and mildly herbal notes; dry and moderately bitter finish with an aromatic hoppy tail. 29.VI.13

Ligth and clean with a finger of white head. Fruits in nose. Kinda citrus. In mouth is kind of watery with a medium bitternes. Refreshing but boring. All the beers of the brauerei lose a lot after 5 minutes open...

A fresh and a bit "milky" bitter with strong foam and a nice smell. I've drunken it after a long hot summer day and it was great and refreshing.

Nice dry, bitter kolsch. Clear golden with initial creamy head, fades to skin with good lacing.Aroma is light hops, pine. Taste is very hoppy, finish is long and dry...bone dry. As it’s not brewed in Koln, technically it’s not a kolsch....
