33 cl bottle.
Pours clear pale golden color with a medium sized white head. Aroma is grainy and a bit malty, some faint yeast notes with subtle fruits. Flavor is somewhat bitter with fruits and grain, mild toffee and grass on the finish. Strong carbonation, grainy slick palate. Very clean and solid Kölsch.

It’s hazy golden with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of flower, lots of flowers, newly harvested grain - lovely. The flavor has a light sweetness with notes of flower, light grass, light straw and malt with a touch of citrus towards the finish.

Yellow and clear. Medium head with a nice lacing. Smell was hoppy, a bit of pineapple, a bit of citrus. The taste was malty, fresh and fruty. Medium body and refreshing. A nice Kölsch - not as boring as many "standart"-Kölsch.

One of a selection of 38German beers I have been gifted by a friend from Germany. Chose this first because of the initial impression of a nicely presented beer bottle. I can’t define the aroma for this beer, it was not unpleasant by any means, very much like a Belgian Blond. Appearance wise, qite yellowy rather than golden, slightly unappealing hue to be brutallly honest - possibly choice of glass was detrimental - no head. Taste and Palate - I’d say it was citrusy, label hinted at banana but I couldn’t detect that - the taste overcomes the appearance, it left me wanting more. A very pleasant beer
