COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

(bottle, 35.5cl, 5.5% abv) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Citric and flowery hoppy aroma with mildly spicy herbal accents and a delicately buttery malty touch. Slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, crispy on the tongue. Initially pale malty with a dusty touch and a rising hops character from the middle part, including citric, floral and mildly herbal notes; dry and moderately bitter finish with an aromatic hoppy tail. 29.VI.13

aroma: malty, bread, slighlty citrus / fruity appearance: golden pale beer, frothy foam taste: citrus, grapefruit, reminds of a pale ale, quite hoppy for a kölsch, tastes good but doesn’t fit the kölsch style

No one really cares about contract-brewing and all that when it comes to German beers. They care about the styles, and whether they’re authentic. If they’re brewed in Germany, it doesn’t matter.

Wirklich herrliches Bier.

0,355 l bottle. Pale yellow golden with a big white head in that typical tall Kölsch glass. Sourish hop herb on the nose. Starts with hop and citrus. Malt hints in the background. Long lasting fresh hopy bitterness. A different but interesting version of a Kölsch. Like it!

At a tasting, thanks Tom, small bubbly creamy head, clear lemon yellow colour, aroma of candy and bread with a touch of citrus and flowers, herbal fruity flavour, medium bitterness. Nice and easy to drink,.
