COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

(bottle, 35.5cl, 5.5% abv) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Citric and flowery hoppy aroma with mildly spicy herbal accents and a delicately buttery malty touch. Slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, crispy on the tongue. Initially pale malty with a dusty touch and a rising hops character from the middle part, including citric, floral and mildly herbal notes; dry and moderately bitter finish with an aromatic hoppy tail. 29.VI.13

Lecker! Slight sulfur nose with some grains. Pee yellow color. Thin body with just a hint of hops but weak. Soft palate. Decent balance and not a bad beer but there’s really nothing special at all.

Very light yellow fuzzy beer with a soft head on top. Nice hoppy grain citrusy nose. Light citrus grassy taste, a nice light brew and it is what it is.

Bottled 355ml. -Clear yellow coloured, small white head, lively carbonation, mild grassy nose. Slight malty, grassy, citrusy hoppy and overall pretty thin with short fruity hoppy finish. Lack of body is evident.

Draft ar Bierstube. Mostly clear gold pour that started with an overflowing bright white head that reduced quickly but left sheets of lace. Very bright wheat flavors. Banana bubble gum. Tangerines. Yellow plums. Lemon meringue. Kiwi. Pineapples. Heart of palm. Shortbread. Some yeasty funk in the nose. Pretty good for the style.

Bottle from German e-shop Just slightly hazy, yellow to light golden color average, white head, lacing and diminishing. Aroma is light sweetness from malt, light citric and grassy hops, almost like a lager. Taste is light sweet(malts), some hints of lemony hops, graininess, not much else. Medium body, soft carbonation. Just a neutral blonde ale, not anything wrong with but not anything special...

Bottle split at JF’s, big thanks to Sarah for dragging this one back for the beer boys, 13/12/14. Clear pale golden blonde with a moderate white covering. Nose is pale malt, straw, citric peel, grain. Taste comprises lemon rind, light floral notes, pale malt, grassy. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Mediocre GB.

Draft at SB. Pours a slightly hazy medium gold with a loose white head that settles away quickly. Big dry nutty nose with some softly toasted corn nuts mixed in. Creamy medium body with light carb. Toast, corn nuts, and a slight sour hay/wheat quality on the mid palate. A little too dry and oddly tangy to be really enjoyable.

Bottle. A lightly hazy one, pale golden in color and with a small, dense, off-white head. Some lacings. Quite fruity flavor with pine cones and resins. Some tropical notes too. Bready hints in the flavor, with a quite nice bitterness. Tropical fruit hints, pear and some apples. Medium body, soft carbonation. Lasting fruity finish. Dry on the palate with a soft carbonation. Quite nice this one, tasteful and easy drinkable. 141228

Sampled two bottles side by side (different bottle design), first bottle with BB date 31.01.2014, second bottle with BB date 30.04.2015. First bottle is 330 ml, second bottle 355 ml. ABV of both is 5.5%. Bought at CITTI-Markt Flensburg on two different occasions. The colour of the beer is significantly darker in the old bottle, deep golden vs. very pale golden. The newest version is slightly hazier, with a somewhat better retention of the moderate to low white head. The aroma of the old version is slightly fruitier, both have mild spicy notes. The flavour is fresh, fruity and spicy in both versions (slightly fresher in the newest version, as expected). Reasonably hoppy finish (Saphir). Okay.
