Hopfen: Cascade, Magnum Malz: Weizen-, Wiener, Karamellmalz Indra is a new beer style that fuses hoppy, aromatic character of American IPAs and the distinctive banana and clove Aroma of German wheat beers. The hop of choice was the American Cascade. Virtually no other hop is able to produce such a perfect contrast and balance with the intense wheat flavor.

[9/21/16] Bottle in a public park in Frankfurt. Hazy orange with a big off-white head. Aroma of malt, wheat, bread, caramel, mild citric and floral hops. Sweetish flavor with malt, caramel, bitterish citric hops, and an alcoholic note. Medium-bodied. OK.

Aroma complex and original: wood, pepper, lemongrass, clove, hazelnuts, rezin, black currant leaves, some banana, cacao, herbal, some wifs remind of a gruit. Tastes bittersweet upfront, bitterish after. Very light on the palate, extremely drinkable, I want more!

Cloudy orange, tall off-white head. Average retention. Aroma: white bread, nectar, tropical fruit, some spice, very cascade-like. Light body, oily. The flavour is nectary, some wheat, light to medium hoppy bitterness. The hops are actually rather dead from keepeng (the bottle is over a year old). Still pleasant.

Aroma: some herbal notes and very weak yellow citrus. Appearance: hazy golden color and thin white head. Taste: low bitterness, sweet yellow citrus, honey, semi-dry, some malty notes. Palate: medium body and medium carbonation, bitter finish. Overall: Rather average weizen IPA, should be more intensive and more bitter.
