Clear, light copper pour. Aroma is floral with citrus and some sweet tea. Mild hop presence throughout with citrus, green leaves. Minty citrus finish. Decent.

35,5cl bottle from Galeria Kaufhof, Alexanderplatz. Enjoyed at the train to Schönefeld Airport. Fairly hoppy aroma with fruity notes, citrus and hints of pine. Moderate sweet with a fairly dry and bitter finish. Fair enough, but not impressive. (2014-08-04)

3fourths (8055) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - SEP 18, 2014
From bottle best by April 2015. Simple amber malt base with excessive dry hopping. Polaris shows itself as herbal, green grass, cheese-y and little sweaty. Cascade orange jelly character makes up for it somewhat. Medium body, chewy, semi sweet, savory, fizzy carbonation, some retronasal resemblance to pulled weeds, earthy dirt notes and mint. Green / woody hop finish. Decent overall, no major flaws, just unrefined.

Svesse (6163) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - SEP 10, 2014
(Draught at Meisterstück, Berlin, 24 July 2014) Hazy amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of citrus, apricots, crystal malt and orange peel. Malty, fruity taste with apricots, orange, rye bread, bready malt and a certain citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours orange gold with a slight white head. Aroma is light roast malt and something suggesting melon. Med body or nearly. Flavor is somewhat lush melony fruit with light roast malt. It’s very smooth and rather light in some respects. Quite drinkable. Finishing mildly, smoothly, roastly, bitter.

Not sure why this has such a low rating - decent pour, nice head and lacing. Some nice pine and citrus notes with a syrupy malt aftertaste.

650ml brown bottle. Gold colour, some haze. Fluffy white cap, creamy lacing. Citrus hops in the nose and some fruity notes.. Malty flavour with some herbal hopiness, fruity undertones. Some bitterness at the end, leafy and herbal aftertaste.

650ml bottle pours a golden orange color with a 2 finger white head that settles to leave some nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is citrus and herbs with some grains and floral notes. Taste is a citrus and herbal hop bitterness with a grainy malt sweetness finishing with some earthy tones. Light to medium body with mild carbonation. More like an English bitter than an American Pale Ale. Decent, but nothing special.
