The apperance is amazing. Beautiful color and clear. In aroma some iron but I think it’s the specially aroma of German hops. Polaris wasn’t so intensive like Cascade in the aroma. Very fruity most grapefruit. The Bitterness was to low for me. Nice german craft beer

(BraufactuM Palor) Bottle 355 ml at home, served into a teku, ABV 5.2% Dark orange golden colour on the body, clear, with tiny bubbles rising to the surface. Almost two fingers of white head, thick and soapy, with very good retention. Heavy lacing left around the glass. Aroma has caramel malts, orange peel, cookie dough. Taste of caramel malts, metallic notes, faint orange peel, biscuits, faint hops, grass. Medium thin body, average carbonation. Good and drinkable, albeit nothing special and if I remember well it was quite expensive, at least for the german standards.

Nase malzig, hopfig, im Geschmack sehr malzig, im Abgang bitter, trocken. Sehr gewöhnlich.

650ml bottle. Despite this being a fresher import it still feels a bit old. Flavor is very pilsener like. Heavier noble pils character than usual, very grassy and herbal. I like it but its lack of freshness holds it back.

Shared bottle @ dlite’s, Frankfurt, 16/11/14, thanks dlite. Pours amber with not much of a head. Aroma is caramel, some citrus. Taste follows along the samelines. Alright, but not really special. Easy drinkability.

Draught@Man In The Moon, Stockholm. Deep amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, some fruity, wooden, resiny and mild spicy notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, resiny, earthy crystal malty and mild toasted notes to it. Quite a pleasant and surprisingly alternative APA.

eh...it was a pale ale, so that was nice. run of the mill. a bit of a fruity aroma, some citrus notes. a medium level of happiness. not bad, not great. i’d drink again if it wasn’t so dang expensive.

Mild and discrete pale ale, looks like a fizzy pale amber and smells faintly of IPAs, pastries and a third element which is hard to place. Tastes like watered down IPA, with notes of apples, white wine and a warm note of cheese and pastries. Very mild, but complex and interesting.

07.10.2014. 0,355l Bottle. Golden yellow colour with white head. Aroma of fruity hops. Flowers and a ligth note of spruce or juniperus. Medium body with dominating bitterness. Both aromatic and bitter hops. At the end there is more bitterness.
