COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Stilbeschreibung: India Pale Ale entstand Anfang des 18. Jahrhunderts.

Pours clear golden/amber with a medium off white head. Aroma of tangy citrus and earthy hops with some slightly sweet malts. Flavor follows suit...earthy and slightly resinous...some caramely malts...balanced. Mouthfeel is medium and the finish is earthy but slightly sweet and malty.

* Old rating, 0,33l crown-top bottle, best before 05.2011.

Aroma: citrus (like mango and grapefruit), roasted caramel, honey. Appearance: clear golden color, thin white head. Taste: medium bitterness (herbs and heather), roasted caramel, vienna malt, bread, well-balanced and smooth. Palate: medium body and low carbonation, bitter finish. Overall: English style IPA, not really bitter and refreshing, but still there is something interesting to discover along these lines.

nice aroma of citrus and pine - due to Citra hop... the taste is malty, fruity and very spicy... very intensive hopping... sweet, bitter and dry aftertaste... German IPA appeared to be very nice...
