22 oz. hazy copper with little head and some lace. Malt aromas and lots of yeast. Old world IPA. More hop flavor than aroma. Rich palate. Moderate bitterness. Aroma is more caramel than hop.
Interesting beer. Reasonably well made but very different to US or particularly West Coast IPA.
Something very Germain about this beer. Maybe the yeast.
