Bottle 500ml. w. swing top. @ the WSF after tasting on the Riding School Hostel.

[ Trade by Koelschtrinker ]. Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, sweet malt. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, green grass. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110528]

(swing top bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Yeasty and slightly milky malty aroma with shy traces of grassy hops in background. Slightly bitter and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly milky (cara-)malty base with citric notes and a tinge of grassy hops; mildly bitter and slightly sour-fruity finish with chalky and delicately hoppy notes. 06.VII.11

Bügelverschlußflasche (Dank an Roman!): Golden, cloudy, big fluffy off-white head, yeasty-grainy nose with a light acidity, almost no hops detectable; light sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied; short grainy-yeasty finish, some hops in the aftertaste. No glory....

Wässrig herber Antrunk mit geringer Säuerlichkeit. Im Mittelteil etwas herber, die Wässrigkeit stört auch hier. Wenig Hopfen, trocken herbes Finish. Bitterer Nachgeschmack mit hellem Malz. 8/6/7/5/7/6
