bottle from Bierzwerg. Hazy amber-yellow colour with a large and creamy beige head that produces some nice lacework. Low but visible carbonation. Fruity nose. Medium-bodied, fruity (banana, papaya, peach), malty background with hints of caramel and very shy hints of clove. Good!

It’s unclear golden with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of banana, fruit, yeast and wheat. The sweet flavor has the same notes, and the finish is dry.

Bottle: Deep golden, almost clear, visible carbonation, mid-sized white head, fruity-yeasty nose, clovey aromas underneath; sweetish-sourish flavour with a bitter tinge, soft, light to medium bodied; sourish-wheaty finish with a malty touch. Neither…nor…

MoritzF (7342) - Bochum, GERMANY - OCT 31, 2011
(bottle) Cloudy, light-amber colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Fruit-accented aroma of ripe banana and peaches with wheat-malt and shy flowery notes. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Banana-fruity and slightly peachy taste with wheaty and slightly cara-malty accents; sweet banana-fruity finish with a delicately phenolic spicy touch. Good one. 27.X.11

Bov (7354) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - JUN 3, 2006
<!-- i -->courtesy of Peter Ens<!-- /i --> - cloudy dark amber-orange colour with a little foam; the expected banana aroma is of course present but surprising light notes of smoked salami are also met; a bit oily and with a rather thin malt body; some sweetness, quite a low carbonation for a weizen; short corny finish where the fruity tones stay very discrete - unbalanced

Orange color. Flowery and a bit herbal aroma. Perfumed flavor, somewhat bitter at first and then some banana and pear fruit is released. Slight bitter herbal afteratste. Not bad at all.
