Golden color, cloudy. Slight citrusaroma. Firm hoppy flavor. Somewhat tart and citric. Surprisingly good!

It’s hazy golden with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of flower, light cardboard, malt and straw. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, straw, flower and the finish is slightly dry.

Bottle: Golden, hazy, bigger - slowly collapsing - fluffy white head, barley and sweet pale malt in the nose, delicate hops, too, a very faint tinge of fruity yeast is also detectable; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, very soft; fruity notes in the mainly dry grainy- bitter finish. (bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Slightly yeasty and grainy malty aroma with notes of caramel, nuts, as well as herbal and slightly peppery hops, accompanied by a whiff of barnyard. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a prickly carbonation. Slightly grainy (cara-)malty taste with hints of sweat and herbal spice; moderately sweet and slightly bitter hoppy finish. Pleasant and rural Kellerbier. 04.XI.11
