Bottle: Golden, visible carbonation, small foamy layer, dusty-strawy-grainy nose; light sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied as well; a slight fruitiness with a non-infection acidity shows up in the more chewy sweetish-grainy finish, followed by a low bitterness. Archetypal Helles from the Lower Bavarian badlands.…

It’s golden with a creamy, white head and the aroma has notes of malt, bread and flower. The flavor is moderately sweet with notes like the aroma, and the finish is slightly dry. It’s a bit boring compared with many other helles.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Shy grainy (cara-)malty aroma with a tinge of onions and metallic hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Present malt-character with noticeable herbal hops, especially towards the dry-ish finish, but unfortunately with a nasty metallic tail, which fades away after a few sips. Most probably much better on tap. 30.X.11

Bottle, bought at the brewery. Malty aroma and flavor with boiled milk. Some late hoppiness, orange. Unexciting helles, but better as you might expect at first.
