Hazy - murky matt medium orange colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, banana, clove, yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity, yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110919]

Draught at Brauhaus Waldschlösschen: Fresh, sourly aroma. Light milk sour/vinegar, citrus. Hazy, dark yellow color, creamy head. Flavor is yeasty, fruity (citrus, oranges) and spicy (cloves). Light dry, astringent finish.

Draught at Waldschlösschen. Color hazy orange with big head. Aroma orange, yeast, banana. Taste sweet, orange, citrus, wheat.

Medium very white lasting head with holes. Hazy opaque orangey body. Milky peppery fruity banana aroma, quite strong, with roasty notes. Clean, harmonic. Dryish-sweet herbal milky banana taste with spicy notes. Very soft and mild mouthfeel. Delicate, clean palate. Dry peppery grassy banana aftertaste. Grassy taste lingers. Very nice! Draught at Waldschlösschen. It’s murky, orange-golden with a creamy and very lasting head. The aroma has notes of clove, yeast and banana. The flavour has sweetness and notes of bubblegum, clove, banana and a little wheat. It’s smooth and nicely balanced.
