Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, malty, fruity hops, thin, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottled, from the brewpub. Hazy pale amber, mid sized head.Slight grass and spice. Feels very slim for a 5% lager, bordering to being thin. Dry and a bitedgy. Low bitterness.

Draught at the brewpub: Pale golden to golden, slightly lacing persistent white foam; clear pale-malty nose with a light hoppy background; light sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, relatively soft; short pale-malty and also light hoppy finish. Not that bad.....

Medium shiny very white fine-bubbled lasting head. Pale yellow body. Fresh faintly fruity aroma with herbal, peppery, grassy, mealy notes. Dry-sweet mealy fruity grassy taste, very harmonic, with milky peppery notes. Sharpish, clean mouthfeel. Dry grassy peppery aftertaste. Spicy taste lingers. Very nice. (0.3l draft at brewpub.)
