On draught at the brewpub: Pale greenish-yellow coloured, small white head with a little lace; yeasty honeyish nose; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft & light bodied; thinnish bitter-sweet finish with a light yeasty touch. Not unpleasant, but a bit thin.......

Draught at Brauhaus Waldschlösschen: Quite yeasty nose, sourly, citrus, vinegar. Deep hazy, pale yellow color. Creamy white head, Flavor is fresh, light yeasty, light sweet, light fruity (citrus, oranges). Grassy, citrus hop finish. Dry, light bitter, grassy aftertaste.

Hazy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy to creay, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, grapefruit notes, light yeasty. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity, malty, yeast notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110919]

Recht wässriger Antrunk mit leichten Herb- und Fruchtnoten. Minimalistisch hellmalzig, viel zu mild, gesichtslos. Starke Karbonisierung. Süffig, zum Ende zumindest etwas aromatischer.

Draught at Waldschlösschen. Color haze gold with medium head. Aroma grain, malt. Taste sweet, grain, fruit.

Biggish white head leaves lacing as it subsides. Hazy almost opaque yellow body. Fruity milky aroma with honeyish notes. Dry-sweetish fruity yeasty herbal taste with honeyish milky grassy notes. Fizzy, sharp mouthfeel. Dry mealy fruity herbal aftertaste. Very nice and drinkable. (0.3l draft at brewpub.)

Draught at Waldschlösschen. It’s unclear golden with a creamy head. The aroma is mild with light notes of malt, grain and fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of malt, butterscotch, light fruit and the finish is lightly dry and citrussy. It’s smooth, nice and well balanced.

Cool and Kitschy brewpub. Menu says Zwickel (unfiltered.) Pale lightly cloudy yellow with moderate carbonation and ring of fine head. Aroma light yeast sweet malt. Interesting mouth texture and very light taste of pale malt and faint hop bite on finish. Solid and average.
