Bottle: Golden, a bit hazy, lingering white lacy head; vegetables in the grainy nose; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, soft; moderate sweetish-grainy finish with a light bitterness. A bit simple, but all in all a quite well rounded Bier.....

It’s warm golden with a white head, and the aroma has notes of malt, fruit and a little bread. The flavour is moderately sweet with notes of malt, fruit, bread, and the balance is nice.

MoritzF (7342) - Bochum, GERMANY - JUN 1, 2010
(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Slightly dusty and strawy malty aroma with grassy hops. Slightly bitter-sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Strawy pale malt character with shy grainy notes and grassy hops; dry and bitter grassy hoppy finish with a light malty sweetness. Tastes like a German (drinkable) cheapo. Brauhaus Dinkelsbühl closed in 1981 after the overtake by Tucher. 30.V.10
