Bottle (bought at the brewery): Deep golden, visible carbonation, firm, creamy white head; sweet-malty, buttery nose with aromatic hops in the wings - usually a blueprint for a Bohemian Pilsener; robust sweet-bitter flavour, soft, creamy MF; almonds in the dryish-bitter finish. Spicy, pleasant Helles..

It’s slightly hazy golden with a huge, creamy head, and the aroma has notes of malt, light vegetables and straw. The flavour is light to moderately sweet with notes of malt, vegetables, straw, and the finish is slightly bitter. It’s not very well-balanced.

Süß getreidiger Antrunk, der etwas muffig daherkommt. Der Hopfen scheint daran Schuld, er wird laff und alt. Die Bitterkeit dagegen ist noch in vollem Umfang erhalten und dominiert Antrunk und Mittelteil. Später auch herb-malzig, leider liegt auch hier noch über allemd er alte Hopfen. Das Bier ist ziemlich unsüffig aufgrund der Bitterkeit, der Hopfen stört zunehmend. Verbesserungswürdig. 8/5/5/5/8/5

Into the glass pours a surprisingly strong golden beer, with good, half-high head. The smell is earthy spicy, hoppy and discreet sweet-hoppy. Starts hoppy bitter, intense spicy. The taste is initially sweet, but then quickly becoming bitter-hoppy. In the further course it gets a little lax.

Bottle 500ml.
Clear medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, sour malt notes, light hoppy, fresh green grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic. [20100225]

bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear golden yellow colour, mid-sized head. Malty with some herbal hops and hints of honey. Low carbonation.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass is very zippy, small head. Starts a bit sourish, then more malty-spicy. Also a bit wheaty. Finish well balanced with modest woody notes. Good!

Bottle, bought @ the brewery. Blonde. Very soft malty aroma. Soft and malty, yet dry flavor. The grassy hopbitterness suits this beer well. Short malty finish. Well balanced helles.

(bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a dense, medium-sized foamy white head. Medium-sweet malty, slightly nutty nose with a discreet hoppy blend. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a very soft, almost flat carbonation. Malty, moderately bready and nutty taste; grainy and nutty, slightly bitter finish with a vague touch of herbal hops.

Fully golden colour with a small white head. Malty, grainy sweet aroma and taste with a vague cardboard note.
