This poured clear to golden with a little grassy aroma. Too much carbonation and not enough hops.

Comes as Leichtes. It’s golden with a creamy, white head, and the aroma has notes of malt, straw and a touch of vegetables. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of malt, bread, light straw, and the finish is dry and slightly harsh.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toffee. Flavor is light moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100225]

Bottle, bought @ the brewery. Blonde. Had to pour hard to get some kind of head. Flowery, slightly worty aroma. Thin, watery mouthfeel, but there are flowers and grassy hops in the flavor. Soapy, grassy hopy aftertaste. Low on carbon, but better as expected.

Bottle (purchased at the brewery): golden coloured, lively carbonation with a small, but persistent white head, faint grainy nose with hoppy illusions; watery texture, distinctive bitter flavour; delicate bitter and a bit sweet-malty finish. Clean, watery, but decent and not bland.........

MoritzF (9286) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - AUG 21, 2007
(bottle, 2.5% abv, now labelled just as “Light”) Clear, golden colour with a mid-sized frothy white head, quickly diminishing but leaving some lace-work. Light-sweet grainy nose with notes of honey and a whiff of hops in the background. Bitter flavour, with some grainy malty sweetness in the middle part, slim bodied, lively carbonated mouthfeel, quite dry and bitter finish with a light hops character. Very slim light beer but likeable enough in the summer time.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of straw, but also light notes of cardboard. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of cardboard, leading to a lightly bitter end. The body is thin.

Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Fluffy off white head. Bready and light fruity beer. Has some metallic and ironnotes, that I usually detect in these low alcohol beers. Is thin bodied. Quite unpleasant brew.
