Bottle 500ml.
Hazy medium orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, rubber - banana. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration, peppery finish. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20100225]

Bottled. An unclear orangey beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of wheat. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of oranges, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a fully diminished head. Slight orange to banana fruity aroma. Flavour is mild wheaty with a light citric/acidic note. Has a mild banana note too. Ends in a fruity tone.

(Bottle 50 cl) hazy golden with a tall and lively, white head that leaves some lacework. Lightly sweetish banana aroma. Medium body, a little yeast and banana and then a surprisingly bitter finish. 171207

Bottle. Pours hazy golden. Medium fairly lasting head. Sweet fruity aroma with wheat . Sweet wehaty bitter fruity flavour. Nice and fresh.

It’s unclear, golden with a creamy, white head, and the aroma is mild with notes of yeast (light clove while still very cold), wheat and light bread. The flavour is sweet and mild with light notes of yeast, wheat, light fruit – OK as such, but too tame and thus a bit boring.

Bottle. Pale blonde, cloudy. Banana, tangerine and a touch of yeast in the aroma. Very fruity flavor: pineapple, tangerine and banana. Pineapple and a hint of yeast in the aftertaste.

Prickelner Antrunk, der etwas säuerlich und ansonten mild ist. Auch im Verlauf ist das Bier ziemlich mild, Aromen sind kaum vorhanden. Wenn dann doch mal etwas hervorschaut bliebt es mild z.B. die trockene Hefe oder die leichte Herbe, die einen süßen Einschlag auf minimaler Intensität aufweist. Hefig-herber Abgang, mild aber noch in Ordnung. Geht so.. 11/8/10/8/9/8

Bottle (purchased at the brewery): A bit unclear, visible carbonation, smaller fluffy head, lots of bananas in the sweet-fruity nose, accompanied by some wheat and discreet cloves; soft MF, sweetish flavour; short sweetish-wheaty finish. OK.........

(bottle) Cloudy straw-yellow to light orange colour with a fluffy white head. Sweet yeasty and wheaty nose with banana and light notes of citrus, including a light sourish touch; has also quite strong phenols of cloves and initially glue. Medium-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft on carbon for a Weizen with a mellow mouthfeel. Moderately yeasty, wheat- and barley-malty taste with banana; sweet, yeasty and slightly fruity finish with a moderate wheat-character and present phenolic spice.
