Draught @ Brauhaus Le Berbere. Average fin bubbled white head that mostly lasted. Fair display of lacework. Very sparkling body with a yellow color. Aroma of mild acidic malt, hint of bitter grassy notes and some buttery combined with caramel notes. Light bodied with a lively carbonation (could this be added carbonation even do it was draught?) and light dry texture. Light sweet flavor with some counter bitterness. Light dry and bitter finish.

Hopfiger Antrunk nach Seife und Butter. Nun etwas getreidig, milder und ruhiger werdend. Wenig aromatischer Ausklang mit leichter Hefigkeit. Test vom 18.10.2009, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 10,8,8,8,-,8 - 8,21
