Big sugary banana aroma with light yeast and wheat. Medium sweet flavor, some fruit sugars, banana, heavy wheat. Medium in body with average carbonation. Slightly crisp to finish, with mild straw bitter bite, sturdy sugar presence, slight citrus, banana, yeast. It’s a pretty heavy weissbier overall, but still alright.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma is sweet, lemon, banana, clove, yeast. Flavour is medium sweet, wheat, banana, clove, nutmeg, phenols, light citrus finish. Light to medium-bodied.
