bottle from Kaufland Pforzheim. Cloudy yellow colour, large and very creamy white head. Fruity nose. Wheaty and yeasty, very slightly fruity, hardly any banana, wheat-accented. Pleasantly hopped for the style. Not over-carbonated, extremely smooth and pleasant carbonation, compared with other examples of the style. A very good one.

Bottle: Golden, hazy, big stable loose head with a yellowish sheen; mainly bananas in the sweetish-wheaty nose, followed by a little lemony fruitiness; light to medium bodied, sweet sourish flavour; increasing citrussy (lemons and oranges) taste in the wheaty-sourish finish. Quite pleasant stuff.....

(bottle) Cloudy, orange to golden colour with a blond rocky foamy head. Sourish wheat-malty and yeasty aroma with notes of citrus and a tinge of grassy hops. Quite sour and slightly sweet flavour, pretty light bodied with a lively carbonation. Wheat-malty and citrus-fruity taste with restrained phenolic spices; sourish sweet wheaty and moderately fruity finish. Somewhat one-dimensional but nevervetheless pleasant to drink. 11.V.10
