Soft cloudy yellow. Gentle carbonation and a level, thick head. Great aroma - banana, pear, wheat, citrus, light yeast. A light but lively palate with juicy fruitiness, wheaty crispness and a hint of yeasty character. Quality example.

Pours hazy yellow color with medium head. Aroma of wheat and spices. Flavor of wheat, yeast and fruits.

500 ml bottle. Helsinki, Finland.
Hazy yellow golden colour with small white head. Banana, fruit, sweet caramel and wheat in aroma. Wheat, yeast, caramel sweetness and banana in flavour. Pretty ordinary Weißbier.

Bottled at One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Cloudy yellow, creamy head. Mild banana aroma. Mid sweet, slim and elegant with creamy, spritzy mouthfeel. Flavour of unripe banana with slight notes of caramel, wet paper and mustar seeds. Drier, somewhat citric finish. Refreshing.

Cloudy blond color; compact head. The aroma is a bit spicy, and also it reminds me the plastic Christmas tree I used to have. Soft mouthfeel, but the flavor is a bit out of control: dirty water, plastic, some wheat, very light spices; the bitterness is low. Not very good.

These guys have a bit of trouble, the boggle was nonsense, for example. Starts ok, the grainy estery aroma is there, even if restrained. Alas it’s thinner than average hefe, and with a less-than-yummy minerally aspect to it too.

Hazy yellow color, big cloudy, white head. Bubblegummy, a bit spicey aroma. Light to medium bodied. Crisp carbonation. Light citrus, banana in the flavor. Quicky vanishing taste. Too light although then refreshing. Boring?

It’s unclear, light-golden with a huge, white and creamy head and a wonderful fat aroma of banana, yeast and wheat. The sweet flavour has the same wonderful juicy notes of banana, but also yeast and wheat. It’s very harmonic and just like I like a weissbier to be.

Murky medium orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate yeasty, fruity - banana, ash notes. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light citrus acidic and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090705]

Draft @ brewpub. Pale cloudy yellow with big, fluffy head. Nice wheat malt in the background beneath a spritzy citrus ester. Light bodied. Mild granular flavors with light refreshing carbonation and good, solid and clean flavors. Very good light citrusy and refreshing wheat beer.
