Draft at brewery tap. Pale golden with slight haze and a big white head. Excellent full-on fresh gorgeous big aroma--smells like Beer with capital B and a good level of yeast. Low, cask-level carbonation. Sublime clean good flavors. Grain, hops in perfect balance. Some herbal qualities and just so clean with a great bitter finish. Loved it!

Hazy blond color. Very light malt aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth, for a Lager, with very little malt flavor and correct bitterness; no real quality features here, but at least it’s balanced.

Unclear medium yellow color with a average, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, fruity, light hoppy, grass notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy and smooth, carbonation is soft to flat. Very drinkble. [20090705]

Gold. Slight haze. Earthy, country aroma with a nice pale malt character. Creamy body. Herbal, malty with a subtle yeast character and light fruit. Very drinkable.
