Unser Rauchbier hat einen feinporigen Schaum, ein intensives Schwarzbraun und eine milde, elegante Rauchnote in der Nase. Ein aromatisches, gut ausbalanciertes, fein gehopftes, samtenes Rauch- bier. Der zurückhaltende, exklusive Geschmack des Rauch-Malzes verbindet sich hervorragend mit dem gein-süssen Malzbouquet und der milden Hopfenaromatik. Diese auf 500 Liter limitierte Bierspezialität passt hervorragend zu unserer Brauer-Metzgete.

Hazy brown, small white head. Smoky nose, and sweet malt. Tastes of sweet bready malt and a hint of bacon. Smooth and silky. Not as smoky as it probably should be -- the smoked flavor is mostly an afterthought to the sweet malt. Very tasty, despite.
