Bottle. Pours a bright orange with a classy, beige head. Aroma is orange, caramel, pith, pine. Taste is fresh, a lot of resinous flavors, pine, some caramel. Quite dry, some fruitiness. Medium with strong carbonation. Excellent drinkability.

On tap at O’Connors. Hazy dark orange with off white head. Aroma hoppy, marmalade, some kind of liquorice root, caramel and fruity bitter notes. Taste is balanced, bitter, sweet caramel and malt with a lingering bitter finish. Very nice beer

AdiBeer (1354) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 6, 2014
Aroma: flowers, light resin, tropical fruits. Appearance: hazy amber, massive, frothy, reddish head. Taste: medium sweet. Palate: light bitters linger in the background, yet it remains very fruity, heavy on hops, tropical and overripe fruits. Overall: excellent IPA, very fruity and well balanced. Bottle from Independent Spirit, Bath.

Bottle from Bier-Deluxe. Almost clear, caramel brown with white head. Sweet, tropical fruit aroma, quite intense. Taste combines this aroma with resin. Fairly low carbonation might help the fruits and hop bitterness come through. A well balanced beer.

Trotz allem: Klasse

Bottle from Dranken Geers, Oostakker. Cloudy amber/orange colour, creamy white foam. Medium carbonation. Aroma of passion fruit and mango with hints of honey and pine. Some caramel also. Bitter hoppy aftertaste. Very well balanced. Very good IPA!

Pours orange with large white head. Strong hoppy aroma with pine and grapefruit and some caramel. Taste is on the sweet side, lots of caramel, tropical fruit with piney bitterness in the middle and in the aftertaste. Very resinous, oily body with full mouthfeel. I’m enjoying this a lot.

Bottle at Red Hot, Munich, 16th September 14. Good nose, the taste is floral, some grapefruit, a little soapy in the taste, some pine, I don’t get the Simcoe. It’s not bad

@Hopfen und Malz, Wedding, early Sept.: aromas of Mango, Caramelized oranges, pines, tastes quite sweet, in a subtle, layered way, very well balanced by hop flavours and bitterness, all in all more like a DIPA, but who cares, with a beer as wonderful as this one?
